This Antique Stickley Bros. Grand Rapids Lounge Chair is a distinguished and exemplary early 20th-century American piece from the Mission Era, offering heirloom quality and ready to grace an array of living spaces while blending with a broad range of design styles.
Hand-turned wood frame
Sculpted stretcher bars and oversized decorative pegs
Deep, supported seat and gently flared arms
Diamond-patterned jacquard upholstery fabric
Good vintage condition for its age. Wood frame has mild surface wear, including small scuffs, age marks, and minor finish variation consistent with age. The upholstery shows minimal fading, while the underlining fabric beneath the seat has an area of tearing and wear, visible only from the underside.
